We are an independent, highly enthusiastic, friendly musical theatre company. Formed in 1982 by Bill Blenkinsop, Billie Stephens, Martin Chapple and Julian Mann, Swanbank has been raising money for charities by performing well-loved musicals and cabarets in a variety of venues, including the prestigious Wimbledon Theatre and Putney Arts Theatre, as well as Cannizaro Park Open Air Theatre.
We have had lots of fun since 1982 and derived much pleasure from entertaining thousands of audience members. We are justly proud of what can be achieved by amateur theatre.
Following on from the success of our January workshop, Tamsyn Salter will lead a movement workshop suitable for all levels.If you are not a dancer, do not worry!Come along and learn a bit more about movement.For all our dancers, if you know Tamsyn, you know this will be a great afternoon.If you don’t, then you need to because she is fab!
